Joy With Sarina
Are you a single or separated Mum struggling with keeping your children happy?
If you’re going through a separation, it’s very difficult for you and very challenging for the children.
The children have to adapt to a new way of life, move between two houses, probably even move schools, and most things in their lives may be disrupted.
Are you worried about your children’s happiness?
You probably feel like you’re juggling so many plates – their safety, wellbeing, any medical needs, money issues, legal issues, work and you may be struggling with your mental health.
On top of that, you might be feeling guilty, abandoned, angry and ashamed or you might feel a sense of relief that you’re starting a new chapter in life as a single or separated Mum.
Do you still struggle with the breakdown of your relationship or marriage?
.
If you’re just starting the process of separation, you might feel overwhelmed with the transition from being a two-parent team to single parenthood.
It can be daunting, if not downright terrifying when you’re going through this.
You’ve got the children to think about, you’ve got you to think about, and everything else that needs thinking about!
If you feel a sense of extreme overwhelm and are in a dark tunnel at the end of it, you’re not alone!
But even in this deep darkness, do you still come up for air to make sure your children are safe, happy and loved?
I know you do, I appreciate it’s difficult but I do know that as Mums that’s what we do. We take care of our children, first and foremost.
At the end of the day, you want your children to be happy, to be safe, loved and supported.
I’ve been there – I know you want to be a good Mum to them and I know you want them to go through the transition process with as little emotional hardship as possible.
I know you want to avoid conflict with your ex-partner and put the children’s needs first.
And you also want to move forwards in the next chapter of your life, as long as what you’re doing keeps your children happy.
Now, as a woman-centred coach, my soul calling is to help Mums have happy children and help the Mums be happy too, without feeling guilty or ashamed, so that Mums can move forward living happier and more purposeful lives.
I’d like to share with you the 7 steps of my journey in my FREE EBook (Empowerment Book!)
Happy Children Happy You
where you can start to ponder deeply on the questions that will help you discover your own ideas and beliefs about Motherhood and how you can make your children happy.
I believe, without a shadow of a doubt, that you can do this because I know you already have the answers somewhere deep within you.
Blessings, and here's to a new chapter,
Sarina xx
